What is your educational background? I graduated from the Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, and majored in accounting.
What do you like most about the MSFE program? One of the most attractive aspects of MSFE is that you are taught by top-class, amazing faculty. You can learn a lot from them, including practical industry experience you will never learn from books. Besides, I think the curriculum is excellent. You learn a lot of quantitative and programming skills in this program, which are highly valued in the financial industry. Taking this program is a good transformation for me from accounting to finance.
What courses do you enjoy most? Courses like Financial Derivatives and Investment Theory are interesting and useful. I’m looking forward to taking Financial Economics taught by Bruce Hansen, who is famous in the field of economics.
