What is your educational background? I graduated from Xiamen University with a degree in finance. I also completed programs in economics.
Why did you choose this program? UW-Madison has a great reputation in economics. The MSFE program’s combination of finance and economics attracted me and is helping me to explore my interests.
What has been your favorite thing to do in Madison or what is your favorite part about living in Madison? Madison is tranquil and beautiful, and is a great place to study and think. As a person who has lived on a hot southern island for four years, I look forward to the coming winter in Madison.
What has been your favorite class or what are you most looking forward to taking? My favorite class is Investment Theory and Practice with Professor Sebastien. He helps us understand difficult programming processes in easy ways.
What are your career aspirations? I want to do research in economic institutions.
