What is your educational background? I graduated from China Agricultural University (Beijing, China) with a degree in Agricultural Economics.
Why did you choose the MSFE program at UW-Madison? I am very interested in finance and economics. Plus, Madison is one of the most livable cities in the country. I can focus on my studies here without worrying about my safety.
What is your favorite thing to do in Madison or what is your favorite part about living in Madison? I enjoy fishing. Lake Mendota is amazing and there are so many fun things to do there!
What has been your favorite class or what are you most looking forward to taking? There are so many great classes in the MSFE curriculum. My favorite is Investment Theory. I learned a lot from Professor Plante.
What are your career aspirations? I want to be a consultant in the financial field.
Where are you hired after your graduation? I am hired as a project manager at Critical Technology Services, LLC based in Atlanta.
